Kim Sellers ERYT500 and Sagewater Yoga are located in South Bend, Indiana, a few miles from Michigan and the big lake, and not far from Chicago. Offerings include private and semi-private yoga lessons, group classes, Reiki sessions and classes, Thai Yoga Bodywork, and Yoga Teacher-Trainings.
~On Saturdays February 18th and March 31st from 9:30-noon, "Work Hard, Rest Deeply." We'll enjoy an extended practice, which will include poses from each asana family. After the active part of the class, we'll renew our energies with some restorative poses (I'll bring the sandbags) and an extended Savasana. After deep relaxation we'll explore some traditional Pranayama techniques. Please bring your props and a yoga bolster if you have one. Fee $30; location Sacred Waters Spiritual Center (directions follow.)
