Meditation
Meditation is as natural as breathing. It is the art of finding your Self, and becoming peaceful and more joyful in the process. It is a way of freeing your mind, and journeying into your deep inner being where you can find happiness, serenity, and life-direction. 
Meditation is not a way of getting something. It is a means of letting go of things like negative emotions, constrictive states of awareness, and confining karma.   Removing these things brings clarity and positive thoughts and experiences into one’s life.
A regular meditation practice will open the door to your own truth, generating more creativity, wisdom, compassion, and Self-awareness. Meditation will improve your life and the lives of those around you.
 Kim teaches meditation utilizing many different techniques including mental imagery, mantra, and pranayama.   Contact her for session information.
