These 32 training hours count as ceu's with the Yoga Alliance, and consist of teaching clinics; lecture; demonstration; open discussion of readings & assignments; and plenty of time for questions.

Module will include: Assigned readings and practice teaching assignments, advanced principles of anatomy/kinesiology in asana, teaching to students with injuries and special conditions, advanced sequencing of asana & pranayama, working therapeutically with individuals, and Yoga philosophy. Day-long intensives will also include hands-on teaching practice, teaching voice & language, and refining your ability to really see your students in both movement and stillness.
